The Purchasing Department provides the forms and documents necessary for vendors, contractors, and County departments to participate in Troup County's procurement process. These forms are intended to support a fair, transparent, and efficient purchasing program while ensuring compliance with applicable local, state, and federal requirements.
Troup County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, proposals, and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), to waive any technicalities or informalities, and to accept the bid or proposal determined to be in the best interest of the County. The County also reserves the right to cancel or reissue any solicitation at its sole discretion.
